Law Office Noah processes personal information only to the extent necessary for inquiries, potential engagement, and website security.

We process personal information to receive and respond to inquiries, conduct a preliminary review for consultation or potential engagement, perform limited conflict checking, and maintain the security and integrity of the website.

We do not intentionally request national identification numbers, medical information, passwords, bank credentials or other unnecessary sensitive data through the website inquiry form.

5. Cross-Border Processing

The website inquiry function uses global cloud and email delivery providers. When you submit an inquiry, data may be processed outside Korea as described below. The inquiry form requests separate consent for this processing.

You may refuse cross-border processing, but because the web inquiry form relies on these services, the form cannot currently be submitted without it.

6. Deletion

Personal information is deleted or destroyed without undue delay when the applicable retention period expires or the processing purpose is fulfilled, unless retention is required or permitted by law.

7. Your Rights

Subject to Korean privacy law and applicable limitations, you may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, or withdrawal of consent by contacting us at the address below.

8. Security Measures

  • Encrypted HTTPS transmission
  • API secrets stored outside public source code
  • Input validation, length limits and anti-abuse controls
  • Access limited to persons who need the information for legal or administrative work
  • Periodic deletion of information after retention periods expire

9. Automatically Collected Data and Cookies

IP address, access time, device/browser data and similar technical logs may be generated for operation and security. Law Office Noah does not currently use its own advertising-tracking cookies or behavioral advertising. Third-party embedded services, such as maps, may process technical information under their own policies.

The Korean version is the primary version of this policy. The English version is provided for convenience; if there is any inconsistency, the Korean version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
